Suzhou and Hangzhou

Suzhou is a modern city with lots of beautiful gardens, tons of Pagodas, and canals of water flowing through the city(kinda like Venice, Italy) the city was beautiful! We stayed in an Inter nation Hostel on these amazing back streets all the buildings were white, with cobble stone walk ways and canals. Hagay and Imbal! We met up with our friends that we met in Huangshan (Yellow Mountains). They are the sweeties things ever, they are from Israel and they got married right before they moved to China. Hagay is working with a start up company in Suzhou and Imbal is a graphic designer and she is in school learning Chinese. they took us to this amazing Mexican food restaurant, and it was basically all foreigners there. I got a Cheese enchilada and oh man was it good!!! We all miss Mexican food and it was such a relief to eat someone Non-ChineseHangzhou was absolutely Gorgeous! (As my dad would have put it) West lake was pretty amazing it was raining the whole time while we were there except for the taxi ride back to the train station to go to Hefei - ha.
We're singing in the rain!!!

Wow, that is absolutely gorgeous! And speaking of food...

The other day I ate a baked potato: first in a looong time. I couldn't help it...I had to add cheese and bbq sauce. It made me think of you. :) Miss you, girl!
